Mike Hayden, MS, PT

Mike Hayden is a highly experienced, tenured physical therapist. He is renowned for his innovative, patient-centered approach to rehabilitative care. His distinguished academic journey began with a BS in Biology from William and Mary in 1980. He completed his Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology in 1983 at Virginia Tech. He then graduated from the Physical Therapy Program at Georgia State University in 1993. He ultimately completed a year-long residency at the Institute of Physical Art in Steamboat Springs, CO in 2003. Here he further refined his skills in restoring optimal neuromuscular function.

Throughout his career, Mike has worked with numerous collegiate, professional and Olympic athletes. Mike’s assessments and treatment plans are tailored to each individual and focus on injury prevention and rehabilitation. Mike is excited to bring his extensive knowledge, innovative techniques, and passion for patient care to assist FINISH clients regain strength, mobility, and overall wellness.

Mike has been married to his wife Ginger for 36 years. He has three sons, three awesome daughter-in-laws and one granddaughter.
